Chill Out supplied an indoor cooling solution at LaunchLab in Stellenbosch for a conference hosted on Friday, 13 February 2026.
LaunchLab forms part of Stellenbosch University’s entrepreneurial support ecosystem and regularly hosts innovation-focused events, workshops, and conferences. In addition, the fully indoor venue accommodates business, academic, and startup communities in a structured conference environment.
For this particular event, the existing air conditioning system was not operational. Although the rental was booked well in advance, and not treated as an emergency deployment, supplementary cooling was required to ensure comfortable indoor conditions for attendees throughout the conference programme.
Our team delivered and set up the equipment on Thursday, 12 February 2026, allowing sufficient time for installation and airflow planning before the conference commenced. As a result, We positioned the units strategically across the indoor venue to distribute airflow evenly and reduce heat buildup in seated and presentation areas.
