Indonesian Consulate Indoor Cooling
Chill Out provided an indoor cooling solution at the Indonesian Consulate in Cape Town, supporting a year-end embassy event held on 23 December 2025. This event formed part of an internal gathering for embassy delegates, focused on closing out and reviewing the year.
The cooling setup operated inside an indoor venue on the consulate premises and covered an area of approximately 100–120m². Because of the enclosed nature of the space and the number of attendees, the venue required consistent airflow and reliable temperature control. As a result, the environment remained cool and comfortable throughout the event.
The booking request was received just one day before the event, requiring a fast and efficient turnaround. Despite the short notice, we completed delivery and setup installation on the day of the event at 11:00. Following the event, collection was scheduled for 24 December 2025 to ensure a smooth close-out.
