Chill Out recently provided indoor cooling solutions for the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, located in Cape Town. The Consulate required a reliable and effective way to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature for their two-day indoor event held on 27th and 28th October 2025. Using professional planning and timely execution, we delivered the ideal indoor cooling solution, ensuring the venue was prepared for attendees.
Our team arrived on-site at 7:00am on Monday morning to deliver and setup the coolers. This ensured the installation was ready well before the event’s 9:00 am start. After the two-day function, we scheduled collection for Wednesday, 29 October. This gave the client plenty of time to wrap up post-event activities.
