Chill Out supplied indoor and outdoor wedding cooling in Stellenbosch for a wedding held at Cavalli Estate, one of the area’s premier wedding and event venues.
The setup covered multiple areas across the venue, supporting guests throughout the full event flow, from the outdoor ceremony to pre-reception drinks, and finally the indoor reception.
The ceremony took place in Cavalli’s sunken garden, followed by pre-drinks in a separate outdoor garden space, before guests transitioned into the indoor venue for the reception.
To ensure consistent comfort across all stages of the event, Chill Out supplied 12 Medium-size Evaporative Air Coolers. The cooling layout was structured as follows:
- 8 units positioned in the sunken garden for the ceremony
- 4 units allocated to the pre-drinks garden area
In addition to equipment supply, the client opted for on-site technical support. As a result, this allowed for dynamic repositioning of units during the event.
Ultimately, while guests enjoyed pre-drinks, our technicians relocated the 8 ceremony units into the indoor reception space, ensuring the venue was cooled and ready ahead of guest arrival.
