Wedding Venue Cooling Paarl
Chill Out supplied and installed an indoor cooling solution at Belair Pavilion in Paarl for a wedding coordinated by Piece of Cake Wedding & Event Planner on 18 February 2026.
The event took place inside the Belair Pavilion, a contemporary glass-and-steel venue surrounded by landscaped gardens. The structure features wraparound sliding glass doors and extensive glazing, creating a bright, elegant indoor setting. While visually striking, glass-enclosed venues can retain significant heat during peak summer conditions in Paarl.
With approximately 230m² of indoor event space and a full wedding guest list in attendance, supplementary airflow was required to maintain a comfortable environment throughout the celebration.

Our team delivered all equipment on the morning of 18 February ahead of final décor preparations. Additionally, we positioned the six medium-size air coolers evenly throughout the pavilion. This setup ensured balanced airflow across dining and gathering areas. Due to the layout of the venue, extension leads were supplied to ensure stable and distributed power access without interfering with the wedding setup.
The cooling system remained operational throughout the reception with collection scheduled for the following day, 19 February 2026.
