Wedding Anniversary Venue Cooling
Chill Out provided an indoor cooling solution at CayCon Venue Hire, located on the Penhill Estate in Eerste River, supporting a private wedding anniversary celebration held on 11 January 2026.
The event took place inside two separate indoor venue rooms. The first room measured approximately 16m², while the second room covered around 25m². Although smaller in size, both spaces required controlled airflow to maintain comfortable indoor conditions for guests during the celebration.
To support the venue setup, Chill Out Installed two medium-size Evaporative Air Coolers, with one unit positioned in each room. This allowed for balanced airflow across both spaces without disrupting the layout or atmosphere of the event.
All equipment was delivered and set up on 11 January 2026, ensuring the venue was fully prepared ahead of the anniversary celebration. Collection was scheduled for 12 January 2026 following the conclusion of the event.
