Venue Cooling Cape Town
Chill Out supplied indoor venue cooling solutions at Cape Town City Hall for rehearsal spaces supporting the Mzansi Conductors Convention 2026, held on 14 and 15 March 2026.
The convention, organised by the Choral Celebration Network, brought together choirs, conductors, and performers from across the country for a collaborative showcase of choral excellence. While the main performances took place in the central hall, Chill Out’s scope focused on multiple indoor rehearsal rooms used by choir groups in preparation for the event.
This urgent request came through the day before deployment, with elevated temperatures creating challenging conditions for rehearsals over extended periods.
To support the rehearsal environments, Chill Out supplied 5 Medium-size Evaporative Air Coolers. Our team strategically positioned all units across the various rehearsal spaces ensuring consistent airflow and temperature relief, particularly in enclosed rooms where group rehearsals increased heat buildup.
