Staff Party Tent Cooling
Chill Out supplied an outdoor cooling solution for a corporate staff event hosted at Bootlegger Coffee Company’s head office in Ndabeni, Cape Town.
The event took place on Friday, 30 January 2026, with celebrations held under a stretch tent covering an area of approximately 300m². With warm summer conditions expected, effective airflow was required to keep the tented space comfortable for staff throughout the event.
The client contacted Chill Out the day before the staff party, requesting a rapid setup on the morning of the event. Based on the tent size and open-air layout, Chill Out recommended large-size Evaporative Air Coolers. In addition, these commercial-grade Air Coolers provide sufficient airflow across the full covered area.
Chill Out delivered and installed all equipment on the morning of Friday, 30 January 2026. This ensured the space was fully prepared ahead of the event. Collection scheduled for the following morning, Saturday, 31 January 2026.
