Chill Out supplied an indoor cooling solution at Jack Black Brewing Company for a corporate conference hosted in their Tap Room venue from 20–21 January 2026.
The Tap Room is a high-ceiling indoor space commonly used for corporate functions, film screenings, product launches, and private events. While the venue is equipped with a large industrial ceiling fan, the client noted that the space becomes excessively warm during busy events, with the fan primarily circulating hot air rather than providing effective cooling.
To address this, Chill Out recommended a multi-unit cooling configuration using large-size Evaporative Air Coolers. This approach allowed for improved airflow distribution across the venue while supporting the existing ventilation setup.
Chill Out installed four large-size Evaporative Air Coolers throughout the Tap Room to assist with temperature control and guest comfort during the conference sessions. The positioning of the units ensured consistent airflow without obstructing walkways or event operations.
All equipment was delivered and set up on Monday, 19 January 2026, ahead of the conference. Collection took place on Wednesday, 21 January 2026, following the conclusion of the event.
