Indoor Event Cooling
Chill Out provided an indoor cooling solution at Zwaanswyk 109, a luxury vacation home rental, supporting a private event held on 17 January 2026.
Parts of the event took place inside a dedicated indoor entertainment area within the home. The organisers described by this space as a cellar or bunker-style area. This area functioned as a dance floor during the evening, requiring controlled airflow to maintain guest comfort throughout the event.
For this reason, the cooling setup included two medium-size evaporative air coolers, positioned to provide effective airflow within the enclosed indoor space without disrupting the atmosphere or layout of the event.
In addition, the rental was coordinated in collaboration with The Event Planners, a luxury event planning company with over 15 years of experience delivering high-end weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations. Chill Out was subcontracted to support the indoor comfort requirements as part of the broader event logistics.
Chill Out delivered all equipment on the morning of the event with collection completed the following morning on 18 January 2026.
