Chill Out provided an indoor cooling setup for Evoke Events at the Melkbos Function Venue in Melkbosstrand. The client hosted a 40th birthday celebration on 29 November 2025, and with an indoor space expecting steady guest movement, additional airflow was required to keep the venue cool and comfortable.
We arranged same-day delivery and setup at around 10am, ensuring the space was properly cooled ahead of the event. Collection was scheduled for the following Monday, based on access and client preference.
