On 13 September 2025, Chill Out provided Air Cooler services for the Cycle for Change event, hosted at Workshop 17, V&A Waterfront. We were contracted by Concept AV, a new client who connected with us through our website while searching online for reliable cooling solutions in Cape Town.
For this particular project, the client requested medium-sized evaporative air coolers, strategically placed indoors to maintain a comfortable and refreshing environment for participants. These units are especially effective for events in open or semi-open venues, using eco-friendly evaporative cooling technology to deliver strong airflow without the high energy consumption of traditional air conditioning.
The partnership with Concept AV marked the start of a new relationship, and we were proud to support their event by providing both the equipment and reliable service they required. Our focus is always on tailoring our solutions to match the specific needs of each event, ensuring guests, staff, and participants enjoy an optimal environment. This smooth setup and takedown process is part of the turnkey service that we offer to all clients.
Setup & Collection

✅ Delivery and setup on 12 September to guarantee a smooth start on event day
✅ Collection on 13 September immediately following the close of the event at 5:30pm
Thanks to our cooling systems, the indoor venue remained comfortable throughout the day, supporting both the participants and audience of Cycle for Change.
