Engagement Party Tent Cooling
Chill Out provided an indoor tent cooling solution for a private home engagement party held in Plumstead, Cape Town, on 18 January 2026.
The event took place inside a Snowpeak tent installed at the residence. All cooling equipment was positioned inside the enclosed tented space. With approximately 75m² of covered area and a high number of guests expected, effective airflow was required to maintain comfortable conditions throughout the celebration.
As a result, the cooling setup included three medium-size evaporative air coolers, strategically placed to support consistent airflow across the tented area without interfering with the event layout or décor. This ensured guests remained comfortable while enjoying the engagement celebration.
Chattels, supplying and installing the Snowpeak tent for the event, once again subcontracted Chill Out to provide reliable cooling. Coordination between teams allowed for a seamless setup and effective cooling performance on the day.
Chill Out delivered all equipment on Saturday, 17 January 2026, ahead of the event. Collection scheduled for Monday, 19 January 2026.
